About Beth

Beth has been dedicated to the pursuit of inward growth most of her life.

Her spiritual meditation practices began in 1994, aimed at learning

to look towards her inner self for change instead of outwardly. 

   

She incorporated Vipassana techniques in 2015 after attending a ten day

retreat at the Northwest Vipassana Center.  With her continual focus on

self-transformation and healing, she became a Reiki Practitioner in 2013.

 

As a Certified Vipassana Meditation Instructor, Beth is honored

to join Kula Yoga on Whidbey Island to assist others in their own

purposeful path forward utilizing the tools of meditation.​

   

One of her main drives now is bringing people together and providing

a peaceful, welcoming environment to learn how to focus and be in

the present moment. This in turn will reduce inner conflict and stress.

Only by removing our individual barriers can we begin to remove

the collective conflicts. Achieving individual awareness, presence,

and inner peace will aid in the unity of humanity.

Workshops

Introduction to Vipassana Meditation

If you have never meditated before, need a refresher to get started again, or are  new to Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation this is for you. We’ll work in a small group to learn to create insight and awareness in our lives, begin to remove life’s distortions, and find balance in self. Attend this class to get the basics of what Vipassana meditation is and the start of how to begin your practice. After you have the general understanding, you can move to the Vipassana for Beginning Meditators class to improve your skills with in a peaceful group setting.

Meditation Sessions

Vipassana for Beginning Meditators

Once you have a good start to your meditation practice, have the basic understanding of the goals of meditation, and want to have a peaceful group space to continue expanding mindfulness and awareness in their lives with some guidance as needed this is the session for you.

   

Vipassana for Intermediate/Advanced Meditators

For those who already have a firm meditation practice going, might need a little guidance, and want to have a peaceful group space to encourage consistency in practice and to continue expanding mindfulness and awareness in their lives this is the best session for you.

Future Sessions

Relxation Meditation (Guided)

Need help relaxing? This guided meditation with help you through a full body relaxation technique and show you how to use the power of suggestion for future relaxation.

  

Meeting Your Spirit Guide Meditation (Guided)

Have you ever wanted to meet your spirit guide. We all have one or more guides that we can access for help along our journey. This experience will be different for each person, just as each person’s path is unique. For me personally, this was one of the warmest experiences like meeting up with a friend you’ve missed all your life.

  

Past Life Regression Meditation (Guided)

This is for people who want to have a glimpse of a past life. For me personally this helped with clues and insights of things that might be influencing my current life. This experience will be different for each person just as each person’s path in this life time is unique.
